I'm a Carleton University journalism graduate. I've worked for news organizations in British Columbia, Ontario and Beijing, China. I covered markets, natural resources and venture capital for Dow Jones Newswires, and reported on the financial services industry for Reuters News Agency.
At Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, I helped internal clients communicate with employees, senior management and the board, and helped external audiences understand the pension plan's corporate, investment and funding activities. I completed SASB's Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting credential in 2021. I've also done the Canadian Securities Course and passed level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. I work with clients across sectors. With my investment and corporate clients, a key focus is communicating climate, ESG, responsible investing and sustainability actions/outcomes to stakeholders.
